We offer free grocery pick up every Tuesday from 10 AM - 2 PM & 5 PM - 7 PM. You don't need to apply or call ahead. Just visit Elm Springs UMC (118 N. Elm, Springdale) and follow the orange Soul Food signs.

WANT TO DONATE FOOD ITEMS? Here is a list of items most needed:
large cans of chicken, small cans of meat (tuna, ham, chicken), macaroni and cheese, soup, beans (canned or dry), instant potatoes or stuffing, rice (box or bag), pasta, vegetables, fruit, oatmeal, breakfast cereal, peanut butter, tomatoes, tomato sauce, meals (cans or packages, e.g. Spaghetti-O’s, Mac-n- Beef), fruit cups, cheese or peanut butter crackers, granola bars, bottled water, applesauce cups, Vienna sausages, trail mix, mints. Diapers are often needed. Pet food could be an additional item if available.

This year we are providing 45 Snack Packs per week for students at Shaw Elementary and 95 Soul Food boxes a week for folks in our community.
